skipped the past 3 days of maymuscles. i am disappointed with myself BUT we gotta get back on track! legs and obliques! yay!

also, i bought my formal dress today and its really tight at the back which looks horrible with my back fat so we gotta do something about that with the month we have left until formal!!!

triceps and hamstrings aching  they’ve been aching since this morning from day 13’s workout and now they ache even more!

is it weird that i love the feeling of my muscles being in pain? i feel so satisfied and it cool to find out that im using a certain muscle in everyday life because i can feel it aching!

idk.. just random things 

so far so good!

i’ve been following the blogilates maymuscles calendar and i’ve done it for 5 days straight! i’m actually really proud of myself for not giving up yet so yay for me!

Stop what you’re doing. Take a minute, stop scrolling, & think about where you could be in 3 months if you never stop trying.
